Minimum numbers apply for all of our catering services. 125 people minimum for breakfast and lunch, buffet service and weddings.
All of our menu packages include top quality disposable compostable ware, set/take down, travel within the Fraser Valley, servicing of the buffet or food truck staff, black linens for the buffet tables, and all catering equipment needed.
Yes, we can generally provide additional staffing for services such as clearing of tables, coffee service, etc. with adequate notice.
We are fully self contained if we need to be! Although we have a noise reduced generator, plugging in to power is nice but not necessary if it is not available. We always have our own fresh water, and have a grey water tank in the trailer.
We have a small fee to scrape and crate dinnerware rentals. We are not currently providing rental options, plated service or family style service.
Since we started our company in 2013, we have proudly used compostable and biodegradeable disposable ware almost exclusively! Samples and photos of dinner ware are available.
Lots of options for catering payments! E-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org, cheque, cash and credit card payment via Square with a 3.25% fee
We are a family based business, so we do not provide bar tending services or supply alcohol or liquor licensing.
Gluten free and vegetarian options are usually available with most menu selections. Allergies need a special consult, but we generally are able to accommodate.
In keeping with the intended nature of gratuity, we have kept it as a discretionary payment, and do not automatically charge it in. We recommend a starting point of 10%.
We offer 1 hour of service with our basic lunch packages, but if you need to offer meal service over an extended period of time we charge out per hour, and the price is variable depending on your event and menu. Buffet service is open for 1.5 hours.
Once your event is confirmed and the date is booked, the $650.00 deposit fee is non-refundable. If you cancel a booking less than two weeks before your event, the 50% deposit paid will also unfortunately be forfeit as the date cannot be re-booked and the grocery order and staffing have already been put in place.
Our mobile kitchen/trailer is 21 feet long, plus the length of a truck. If we are serving food truck style, we also need a bit of space for the buffet tables, menu board and drink coolers.
We almost always have everything with us, including the kitchen sink :). The exception to this is during the winter months and for some alternative events, but we do let you know ahead of time what to expect.
Servicing the Fraser Valley, including Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, Mission, and additional service areas. Travel fees apply, and will be based on location/distance of venue.
