By bringing our kitchen with us, housed in an 18' trailer, food is always fresh, to temperature and timely as it is prepared directly on location. Hard to reach venues, rural back-drops, industrial settings, movie sets or street-side service event catering is all made possible.
Custom services adjust to every type of event, and being self contained when necessary offers additional resources for heavily booked power sources or limited utility services.

With simple ingredients and fresh preparations, we limit preservatives and unnecessary additives without compromising on taste. Most sauces, rubs and dressings are made in-house fresh for each event.
